Light Is Gone
Where did the light go?
It's no longer there,
In your eyes.
I feel the person
You were, is no more.
My sweet daughter,
The hurt burns in your eyes.
The light is gone,
From your eyes.
You no longer
Smile like you used to.
You no longer
look happy like you used to.
I miss my sweet girl,
You used to be.
