Notes About The Poem

Lifted

A ray of sunlight glowed
The Japanese Magnolia's blossoms
Drooped put on a show

A mood altering change, the sun
removes doom from the day
Reveals chores needing to be done
But high emotions stay

sara, tell me a tanka of yours to read that is not entered in my contest. I am worried to click on the one you may have entered in my contest, and I can't find a recent poem or yours to comment on!
