Lift Up Your Eyes
Lift up your eyes
Lighten your minds burden
Fill your heart with the good of life
Rise above those things that pull you down
Transcend your daily cares
Fight not foes that cannot be beaten
Your good and bad
Happiness and sorrow
Contentment and despair
Are but things of your mind
And cannot exist
Unless you let them
And will be
If you wish them too
And if you seek them
Therefore seek after the good
Be joyful and happy
For these things are but part of you
You can control them
Then
