Lifes Mysteries

Lingering thoughts of what I've yet to learn Ignite my mind with an intense desire Flames to unearth answers for which I yearn Emerge from ashes of a kindled fire Secrets buried without being revealed Myths and conundrums, I'll unveil their truth Yarns and ancient riddles that have been sealed Solved, though I do not claim to be a sleuth That would give us cause for celebration Enigmas that hold such great mystery Release their reasons for fascination In aliens throughout our history Explaining Stonehenge; a site I ponder Searching for solutions, I must wander 12/8/20 Lifes Mysteries Sponsor: John Hamilton

Hello, Tom. Thank you for bothering to correct the spelling, but it's ok. In the future, if you wish, you can always edit your comments by clicking the word to the top right of your comment.

How bizarre, I am sure I commented on this earlier. A lot of mysteries in your poem.. They say Stonehenge was constructed by druids or sun worshippers... Maybe it was giants lol

As long as you weren't calling my Sonnet 'bizarre' it's ok. lol I've heard that and it's depicted so in the series, Outlander. Thanks for the comments.

A very nicely constructed piece, Jenna. I do believe ancient aliens have visited our planet, there are too many things like Stonehenge and the Nazca Lines that can't be explained. GL in the contest. Hugs.

Good morning, John, and thank you for reading my lines and mentioning the glyphs in Peru. Strange and beautiful. They don't get nearly enough publicity. Hugs back to you.
