Life's Mosaic

Ideas scatter into a careening kaleidoscope. Tiny fragments, each grasping at hope. Rainbow of shapes lying willy-nilly around Desiring to sparkle in life’s mosaic when found. Raw, jagged edges magnetize into form Puzzle pieces scatter around their norm. Choose one colored piece and pick it up Place the first chip in my loving cup. Once firmly set, I shall choose again Allow each shape to become my friend. Bend like the willow when required All the while staying true to the vision inspired. Stand tall and strong as the oak within Discard the heavy piece disguised as sin Choose the sapphire triangle as the focal point. Emerald, gold, rose, and amethyst become the joints.
