Life's Drivers

Within the eyes of the child lies the world before us.
They, with interest, welcome each day with joy
They expose us to true innocence and acceptance
Letting us bear witness, again, to the world’s chances

Let the children act as our guides throughout the days
For their offerings are never inconsequential, but rather
The importance of their ideals, their dreams, their lives
Puts our lives into the proper perspectives and direction

So very true...although...we have started calling our 3 yr old daughter, "screach", as she has started screaching almost all the live-long day! If that is the future, I fear I'll be totally bald sooner than later. lol love Kristin
