Anoucheka Gangabissoon's Contest: In The Cycle Of Existence ...Submitted  29 Nov 24

This urge to exhale without restraint into the softness and hardness of days heightens; my own center accepting those lapses when our frail bodies can readily perish amidst borrowed seasons : yes, you are weary; How mournful the thieving of dear life rips, as I blame the ticks which pluck you from a bed of courage, from untold confessions--- a final rest grabbing you before me. Yet, holy moments past relieve love's woe, and grant your finality its closure: I envy the winds holding you more than my arms could ever seize -- that forever reigns beyond illness, beyond earthly limitations from beginning to never ending: Somehow, intimacy becomes part of separation.

Nette, this poem packs a lot of wisdom that only comes with age. Our lives do intersect with others and sometimes we do have a connection that becomes part of our soul. It makes me all the more resolved to show appreciation before any of the ends you describe descend upon me and the people I know. I am making this a favorite. It's quite lovely and meaningful. While I am a bit awed by what you have written, I am also smiling while reading it. A rare gift of a poem.

Hello Nette.' I was just riding a bycycle purchased from a bygone shop..If you wish On the back you can hop.? Its like brand despite (Quite some time) way out in the back mind you That place is closed often times.' Yet it opened As I passed back' and everthing was like new even the Apron of the seller too.' I paid him two epithets And off I flew on the starlight streamer which took me to you.' If ever you like you can lend it To glide in defiance of the mortal on your more heavenly flights.'

This is so heartfelt dear nette and has an original and unique voice to it which stands out! I especially love “ How mournful the thieving of dear life rips, as I blame the ticks which pluck you from a bed of courage, from untold confessions--“ something about the way youv crafted those lines are lyrical and so moving! Beautiful depiction of life and cycle of existence. Pleasure reading this. Best wishes. Sending you light always
