Life's Bottle

A capful of sorrow from the bubbling effervescence of the bottle of your life is merely a bittering briefly For spewing out wildly shaken and frosted is the rest of your happiness drinking Light on your feet like a bubble bent wish gulping at life meant for sipping This capful of sorrow should slight slow you down to the insight of meaning be gripping Glorious youth carbonated naive Drop it and shake it, you have and receive Snapping and fizzing down throats never dry Drinking so quickly forms tears in the eyes But a capful of sorrow is the quickest of quick which forces the drinker to examine his drink Is the bottle half empty? Or is it half full? It's the moment that many incredulous think Why am I spilling and wasting a drop? The bubbles are popping, refreshment inside so don't lose the cap and keep open your eyes for there's no precious drink like the bottle of life....
