Life's a Bowl of Cherries

Peter has 150 candy bars, he eats 125, what does he have now
Diabetes... thought it would be kinda obvious he'd be endowed
Should have known better
Followed doc's orders to the letter
Instead of going off the rails and gorging himself like a cow
