Life With My Cats

They all love me
They greet me each morning
They bear a happiness when hearing my voice
They sing for me with their quite little notes
They never hurt me
They never leave me alone
They respect me
They love my touch
They never show me anger
They never place anything before me
They let me rest when it is needed
They play with me when I have the time
They share smiles with me
They sometimes even stare far into my mind

Sometimes I have to wonder
Why can't people be as kind?
