Life On Earth

Life on earth is like a mist

One day here and the next on the obituary list

We all are like waves

One day living and the next day in graves

People don't understand the importance of life

Filled with hatred, lies and strife

Not loving one another or even themselves

All together destined to hell

A place where people scream or where they yell

So it is our duty for us to tell

The truth which is the gospel

To reach out to every nation at the highest decibel

So we can raise a nation who praises the Lord

Coz on the cross our sins He bore

So we don't have to whine and cry anymore

Just ask Him to come into our hearts as our Lord and Saviour

And to our life will He bring flavour

People will start to see a change in our behaviour

We should tell the world about the deceiver

And how he wants everyone to go to eternal hell fire

The father of lies, to deceive us is his desire

Like a roaring lion he follows us

But God remembers our frame He knows we are dust

That's why He sent His only begotten Son

To die for everyone

So we can reach heaven someday

Which is our home faraway

Respect my fellow human, for I struggle with religion. I didn't always, but with what is going on in this world today I'm finding it very hard. I do love your poem though...
