LIFE JOB

My degree says I'm a teacher
But flippin' hamburgers says I'm common
Applications and interviews say I'm lost
I can't find my way in this natural world
Spiritual beings have no name

In my home, I know who I am
I fight alongside my companions
A war that no natural eye can see
We have won, but victory is not evident
This world is still blind to TRUTH

Many souls are waking with dim eyes
What they see is limited with smudged screens
Still casting into the future with hopeful hearts
While running from the past and loathing the present
Unaware of the strength needed to hold the beauty

....of OUR wolrd

Memory is returning in fleeting whisps
I quake with shivers as they pass
Oh, I have the vision for the New Earth
Secure within the neurons of my heart
But no matter how I try...they can't fit, assimilate

We are passed the threshold
But we have yet to take a step
Into the sacred space of perfect LOVE
Breath is held in a silent inward stance
As natural senses fade into the unknown

All that was required for movement
In the world of matter is useless
Like a tire without the wheel rim
It makes a nice swing for laughter
But prevents one flowing in the darkness

....of our NEW world

Together, we are both lost
Knowing how to move within our own space
Yet divided in perception
If we are to experience TRUTH
Unity invites us to harmonize in difference

Value and worth arises from purity
Being qualitative not quantitative
We flow and show self in order
Revealing the beauty of LOVE
In the space allotted for WISDOM

No longer will we build structures
That casts illusion into the depths of sorrow
We uncover all the hidden treasures
Enjoying the bounty as we pass
And releasing as we journey

....our new WORLD
