Life Is Special
Life is everywhere, you see
It doesn’t end or stop for me
Life’s endless melody so fair
It carries me into the air
Every moment, precious new
Made especially for you
Great treasure rests in every day
It’s life that carries me away
A place for love, my life’s divine
Fashioned far beyond the time
Created out beyond the stars
It blesses and sometimes it mars
Our choices make our way in life
Whether good or bad or strife
There’s ways in life that we must choose
Choose the good so you don’t lose
There is no other life like mine
Special made, created fine
My life is such a special gift
But it seems that through the dirt I sift
To touch the other lives around
It makes our day and life abound
When looking out to what’s in store
I know that God has given more
I’m made to serve my God above
Fashioned pure by His great love
Eternal life I found one day
He gave me life, He showed the way
Now I’m resting in His peace
And soon my life on Earth will cease
But I’ll continue on above
And live forever in God’s love
