Life Is Nothing

Life is nothing

Every moment of slumber
Signals our death
Every daybreak
reminds our birth
We cannot be steady for long
a tiny grain we can't take at the end,
empty handed we shall depart

The crowns and powers can do nothing there
Our treasures and wealth
will do nothing for us
Every beat of our heart
he only controls

The rich and the poor
take the same last journey
Therefore,
let us leave our life at His feet
Believe in His endless grace
to harvest peace and happiness
