Life Is But a Day Fragile

Despite of what's done
In spite of what's unsaid
We forgive
We move on
We just don't forget...it relive
They say time will heal an open wound
But can it eradicate the scars
Doubtful yet hopeful
Nonetheless life goes on
We live in a vast pace world
Where life is but a day fragile
Perhaps letting go of what's gone
And value what still remains
Because regardless of what's
said and done
We have but today
To love truly and laugh uncontrollably
share the moment
Life is (us) you and me
We make memories
No rules for happiness
We just need to glide and
ride the journey
Let yesterday go
Make today precious
Pray for tomorrow's chance
That love will heal its broken piece
and everything will mend as
it once was...To love perchance
to live happily
Respect... Life is but a day fragile
Smile!

To forgive is easy for me but to forget is difficult. I love the depth of this write really! Such wisdom and profound truth youve delivered in sheer eloquence; I especially loved the opening. And yes you are right regardless of whats been said and done we have today, and letting go is the best way to move on as love eventually heals, such a touching write

The trials of today will be forgotten by tomorrow. When love has lost it's way, it leaves behind it's sorrow. Love the poem, Akkina:) Very positive!

Kind of like Rolling with the Punches. I agree with the idea that we can only count on the now, right here, right now, today. enjoyed reading

The message in this poem resonated with me. I definitely agree that mistakes were not forgotten and wounds could still leave visible scars in the mind. But it also changed us in ways we don't foresee ourselves. The leftover scars can either break us or make us better people. RESPECT is one way, DISCIPLINE is another key to train oneself to be constantly mindful
