Life Is a Tree
Havn't you heard?
Life isn't fair.
Nobody listens,
Nobody cares.
Everybody lies,
and covers them with smiles.
Nobodys true,
Always in denial.
Everybody hurts.
We all feel pain.
Nobodys perfect.
Nobodys sane.
Life is a tree.
Outside dark.
Nobody looks,
Beneath the bark.
You can laugh all you want,
but soon you'll see.
Nobody smiles,
When they're the tree.
