Life Is a Puzzle

Life is a puzzle.
Some pieces fall into place easily.
Others have to be manipulated to click.
Some take tremendous effort.
People can put their pieces in different places
Places that make sense to them but to no others
We have the freedom to put them in sideways
When we are frustrated we can try to throw up our hands
And return to it later, but sooner nudges us.
It is up to us to create our own edges
Okay to push the borders as far as we need to push them
Matching colors as they make sense to us,
Designing our life in our own way,
Our own creation, understood by no one more than us.
