Life Is a Prayer

Life is a prayer
And its requests are
The very deeds being done,
The very words being said,
The very gifts being brought,
The very ways being willed
To God and to others;
Whether for good or for harm,
The requests are heard
And are confidently granted
To those who live and move
Answering their very being.
