Life In the Laugh Lane

Tell me something funny darlin'
Tell a joke or two
Make me hee and haw until
My face is turning blue!

Nothing I love more than laughing
Spittin' out my teeth
Rolling on the floor until
My belly hurts-good grief!

Got to have a sense of humor
In this world today
Laughter's the best medicine
Funny's here to stay

Make me the butt of your jokes
Doesn't bother me
Laugh at myself all the time
And do it happily

Let's face it-we do silly things
At times hilarious
To live with such a solemn face
Makes life precarious

So riddle me and let's have fun
We'll giggle for awhile
I'll feel it's a successful day
If I can make you smile!

I definitely agree with you--- a day sure would be a success even with just a smile-I think it's one of the best ways to live life-- laughing and smiling even if there's a lot in life that can bring us down-- at the end of day, we have that to strengthen us in some way-- enjoyed this one very much, smiles ^_^ -- nikko :)
