Life Hurdles

Life is what you make of it
but it is also what it makes of you
people that face illness
can't be blamed for becoming ill
can't be blamed for not succeeding
and yet their are people
with illness crippled and in pain
that get an education
and become a success
Stephen Hawking
to mention only one
one man see's a problem
another man decide's to overcome
Eye-sight can hinder the success of a child
money can limit the chances you share
each of us in this river of life
needs love, support and chance's
one man is crippled stuck in a chair
another learns to dream
one man faced with the loss of his legs
become's a cripple an invalid for life
another win's the olympic's
another man with a healthy body
will live his life unemployed
or spending life in jail
yet dig deeper and you find his past
alcohol, drugs, money, health
all converge to create your life
but attitude can build success
one man given all the chance's
will turn to crime
yet another man with no chance
will build a better life
we can all blame our parents
blame poverty
blame your skin colour
yet thousands of people
with these problems
have gone on to have better live's
