Life Forms

~O the dread of a bobcat’s tusks
In search of rabbit in the brush
Hunger in cat’s form is life’s thrust
  Swift, the bobcat’s pursue
Still in life the rabbit must trust
  As life’s forms bid adieu

A Rime Couee for and in Honor of Dr Ram
And contest

Wow, this can be taken on several levels, John. At first, I was thinking about human foibles, but there is also the element of species extinction. Very provocative. Winning wishesto you for Dr. Ram's contest. Love, Carolyn
