Life for Hue and Me

For a country known for its Red, White and Blue,
We often mistake good for bad in people based on their hue

Sometimes, I feel nature is to blame,
But I can’t, because it is a societal game

Politics is played using the folks of hue,
never really helping our brethren,
only looking for that vote or two

To think that politics could help to abolish it is a dream in itself
Hopefully, one day all of mankind will be its better self
