Life Continues
I have learned to cope
Ever since you went away.......
When you broke my heart
And made rivers in my eyes.
You made storms in the mind
Breaking my hopes and dreams.
Today my heart like a plant
That you broke in your violent rains
Begins to shoot again.
Little twigs grow and urge
Refusing to give up
Life continues from where you broke it.
