Life As It Comes
I am in the country
helicopters flying every where in the silence
of honks of far away birds or a frog croak on the lily pads
mesmerizing the eyes
just seeds of trees on their journey
taking a breeze front of shook pond
only two hours from the turmoil of nonsense
I am lucky to be chosen in a sudden to partake
the allegory of a walk around with the pup at my feet
and the cats left behind with no worries as with the I phone
they will be tended for and I almost naked need a shower
swimming the water better to erase the scent of armpits
telling nothing with the fishes.
