Now, I know how to protect myself from bees and wasps during our fall harvest holiday (Sukkoth), when we eat in 'huts'/'booths' outside for 7 days. I'm gonna 'enlist' a few spiders to build their webs on the four walls of my little hut! Thanks for the idea. ~ General Wolf

Thanks Mike I hope I've got it right, i was originally writing about a dragonfly then re read the rules and my second poem wasn't a contrast to the first so i wrote this one instead:-) hugs jan xx

Your haikus are great. So many are afraid of spiders. I only hat rats. Hugs, not to the rats of course. :)

I started one at school on Monday about a dragonfly then realised the poems need to contrast so I changed the idea and am happier this one is better for the contest:-) hugs Jan xx

Indeed this is the way of nature Jan! How often do we wear a silken shroud as the old dies away and we welcome new life? Wonderful metaphor! I encountered the same challenge! So glad I wasn't the only one caught in the web of confusion! Best wishes for the contest! Hugs :D"

Thanks Vijay on Monday i wrote a poem about a dragonfly and almost completed the second on the same theme then realised the second poem needs to relate to the first one and not be a continuation so that one is saved for another day whn i will turn it into a proper poem:-) hugs Jan xx
