Life

I look at you standing there, Without a care And I wonder why I can't. I scream and I cry And I can't see why I am dealt with this card Called life. I've played my hand, Albeit bland, I still can say that I lived. No matter how many things Were thrown at me I fought back with twice the force You did. Many times I thought I should end my life And make it all better form there. But I never did, And I now I'm glad I lived. My heart still beats, My chest still rises, And I am still here. So don't worry, I'll survive, And I'll see another year.
