Ode to Linda-Marie LIFE Thinking of all instances, as my thoughts go back in time Precious moments I thought wasted, were really my climb Now I understand, in seeking our life's purpose on this earth Times not wasted, just the value humans place on it's worth I truly appreciated the time she took to comment on my poems, and show me the value of all words. I know she's smiling and enjoying all things in God's heaven.

Hello Tom, with tears in my eyes, she was everything here at the soup. Tom, she's the one who took me under her wing, when all wanted me off this site. She understood me. She taught me to be strong. She is smiling on us all of us here. A beautiful Ode, a most heart moving tribute, to all who know and knew her... forever in my poetry heart... I love you Linda-Marie... forever my BFF.... PD

It's never easy to say goodbye especially to one who was so inviting to all at PoetrySoup. I like what you said about time - when we become unbound from time we learn to appreciate the moments as they come without thinking of things we still have to accomplish. Well penned Tom.

That's so true, it's why I enjoyed her poem "Time Tunnel", you will always cherish precious moments with friends and loved ones. Their is no such thing as wasted time! peace, light and love
