Life

Girls take it serious
Boys goof around, they act like 2-year olds
Stomp all around, laughing things that aren’t that funny,
Not taking life seriously
They laugh and poke fun not knowing
How they will soon be.

Carolyn Devonshire June 5, 2009 at 7:33 PM This is often the case, Rhonda, but the boys finally do grow up and sometimes wonder why they acted "like 2-year olds." It's often said that women mature faster, and I guess that's true for most. Very nice poem! Love, Carolyn
