Seek your dreams and let them stay 
Don’t allow them to fade away
For your mind can run astray
Into another lifeless day
Many people constantly seek
Yet they always seem to repeat 
Hanging onto beliefs of defeat
Feel yourself strong do not retreat 
Let go your lingering doubts and grief 
Harmony will no more be brief
Nor the reality of misbeliefs.

Lift your head up evermore
Dry those tears dripping to the floor 
There is no need to play it meek
You can be strong and be unique
Don’t be the one who always critiques 
Keep those tragic thoughts asleep
Look out onto the vast terrain
See yourself no longer in pain
Feel the strength to help you gain 
Understanding there’s no need to strain 
How wonderful it feels to stand in the rain 
Let go your flaws and the stupid laws 
Better days are on the way
For life is now a huge buffet.
