For I have hurt and been hurt
I have lied and been lied to
I have broken hearts and have mine broken
I have loved and lost
I have lived and given life
I have given to the needy and been needy
I have cried in pain and despair and I have caused it
I have wanted, needed and longed for
To be loved, cherished and caressed just as I have given all of me
Because, because, oh so because of this I know how it feels and I can finally;

Laugh
Uplift and help others
I can live, love and experience joy in the smallest things:

A flower picked by chubby little fingers
A wet kiss on my cheek

The joy of happy people

Feel
The excitement, freedom, care, happiness and admiration when your eyes meet mine.
