Lies Women Believe

Women in lies believe!
No woman's ears want truth to hear,
Or she may not believe!
For lies to tell you have to bear.

Ever tried telling her how poor you are?
Did you behold that expression her face lit?
Ever tried telling her how many gold vaults you have?
Did you that beauteous smile her lips shone behold?

If to your side you wish to win one,
Just tell her the impossibles!
A woman's ears were designed never to accept truth,
Or else you may never convince one!

I think the speaker in this poem has been hanging out with the wrong women. I hope not all are that naive!
