Lies

Politicians lie through smile
     Cunningly hide their greed
Long nose, at least a mile
War for oil, profit, bad seed

     Religions lie, God's word !
     Hypocrites, gold their goal
     Money to be "saved" absurd
     Love is free, diamond soul

Advertisers lie, say we're not enough
Fancier car, house, clothes to be "in"
Can't have fat body, call their bluff !
False religion, eating chocolate a sin

We lie, afraid of disapproval, get real !
     Childhood programmed to obey
Listen to the heart, your desires fulfill
Deep within, spirit knows the way
