Levels of the Sea

Thunder much like a Greek God
It resonates through my ears,
It causes me to bear a grin
Deep sapphire lies out like the land,
Wreaking of aged salt
The crescents of impure white disintegrate,
When adjusting to the actual level,
The level of the sea.

Melissa, lovely poem! I could see the land and see and hear the "Thunder much like a Greek God." Thanks for sharing and creating these images and feelings, Carolyn
