Letting You Down

I know I am letting you down.
Swimming up only to drown.
I know I am making mistakes.
The smallest tremors turn to quakes.

Seeing the expression on your face.
Being more empty than space.
I want to turn my life around.
But you know those words are just a sound.

I am still the same person you knew before.
Even I would expect more.
I don't know how to fix my situation.
So from me you all will take a vacation.

I am sorry for the person I have become.
I wish I knew where he came from.
I hope one day I can surprise you.
Until then I bid you adieu.

Four very nice verses here. You have a small typographical error in the last line of the fourth verse. You have "bud" where you should have "bid". "U" and "I" keys are right next to each other on any standard keyboard.
