Letting Go

I’m wearing the necklace you gave me the day You told me that you were to go away You told me your love was here to remain In the necklace clasped close through all of the rain I’ve worn it faithfully and I know it was truth But since then have you decided your promise to loose I haven’t heard from you in a while you know But I just keep telling myself that you had to go… Please come back home-please come back to me- Just one more look in your eyes and I’ll set you free I know true love is supposed to let go But this is harder then you will ever know.
