Letting Go

Letting go,
You must look into your heart.
You must look into your very soul.
Your eyes tell it all.
You are heartbroken.
She has left you,
There was no warning.
Days you just wake up,
Unfeeling, not breathing, just not alive.
Your friends sense it,
They know you are nothing,
But a shell of a woman who,
Yearns for something that is,
No longer there.
You know in your heart and soul,
It is over and you can feel it.
The realization sets in and,
Crushes your very soul.
You let her go.
You say goodbye just so you,
can breathe again and start to live.

Leaving is easy showing the cowards way out. Staying is difficult proving you have the courage to heal together.

Hello Oklegirlsrock Hudson, yes it is hard to let go. When your soul mates passes. It is hard to say good bye. Or in a relationshipfor a long time , and the other breaks it off , It is hard to let go. But in time it gets easier to let go. Hugs.

It never gets easier, you just realize one day you wake up and you can breathe alot easier.
