Letting Go

Focus on what is right there in front of you.

Be creative and enjoy the simple things you like to do.
 
Relax and enjoy the melody of a song.

The more positive you are, the less will go wrong.

Meditate and help your aches and pains.

Let go of negative like you would with dirty stains.

Embrace in the beauty nature does bring.

The fresh air, the first signs of the beauty of Spring.

Look forward to every second of the day.

Show others your love, in a very special way.
