Letter To My Children

Dearest Children,  The world is vast, future is uncertain!  You are the precious wealth I have been gifted with!  My life is blessed - because of you!  My life was not a rosy picture when I grew up… not all the experiences were pleasant! Rather it was tough! I want you to be prepared for hurdles and  hardships that will come your way, in the course of an adventurous lifetime.  Our world is changing… climate change is a real issue which needs to be addressed right now… before it is too late!  We are already experiencing Nature's wrath with unusual floods,Tsunami, Forest Fire, Earthquake! Does Mother Nature want us to be more conscientious for the blessings we are endowed with? Somewhere in our world, a huge war is ravaging… destroying tranquil lives of numerous families, the way two disastrous world wars changed many beautiful lives for ever! Our responsibility is to create an environment of empathy and affinity...dear children, which I proudly witnessed in your eyes!  As a mother, I have tried to teach you values, Not by preaching, but by trying to show examples. Exercising good judgement, honesty, and compassion, You may not always be the winner, Your life may not be smooth throughout! My nest is empty... But when wings turned strong, I let you soar in the wide horizon of limitless sky, navigate unknown shores! Love! The most beautiful emotion of our life! Love can make you happy, Love can sometimes leave you miserable!  Have faith in your ability to accept  All turbulent experiences life throws at you! Life is sublime!  Blessings, Your Mom
