Letter of Homeless
This is a letter
to those who are cold
need a sweater
stay strong and bold
things will get better
I promise it will
maybe not right away
I know how you feel
hunger pains living another day
the feeling is real I know the deal
be patient even though it is hard
be kind to those around you
believe me people can help people make it far
I hate to say it but it is true
being homeless leaves a permanent scar
If there is one soul I can reach
one person I can truly save
than I will stand and speak
do what I have to do
until my dying day
love each other rather than hate
