Letter From Spring

Just received a letter from spring Says it’s sun and warm air she’s trying to bring Said her flights been delayed And the culprits been made Guess its old man winter that’s being blamed Said he’s not being nice Filled the wings with ice Now they are stuck on the ground like mice She says not to worry Old man winter and his flurry Will soon be just a memory

Words so gracious. Beauty so outspoken and creativity so explicit. I love this. Thanks for the beyond 7 share.

Very cute, Janet, and better than the groundhog! I hope spring comes for you soon. I just saw my weather report. We'll have temps over 80 for the next week. We skip spring and go straight to summer...I shouldn't complain...hugs, Rhonda

Thanks for the report. Winter's never short. Especially if you're in the northeast this year. Waiting for the ground to soften. So we can plant my Grandpa's coffin. Sorry, I couldn't resist the rhyme. That's not true. Both of my Grandpa's are long gone years ago. :) I think maybe I need to go to bed. :) Peace and goodnight. :)

Thanks for stopping in Robert, you almost had me there:) Winter for me is one of the hardest seasons to get through. Cold, dark, dreary and keeps me cooped up inside. Ready for spring!!!!!
