Tearassoncenet is a play on Tyrannosaurus Rex
Unlike LIPOGRAM where the chosen vowel is omitted
however, in TEARASSONCENET, the concept is reversed:

1. Your chosen vowel is maximized.
2. Objective, counter by minimizing all other vowels.
3. Any sonnet form

EX.: Letter Ends Her Name Nevermore ''E'': -- The chosen letter 'E' as my max alpha begins with the title

Letter Ends Her Name Nevermore ''E'': New Poetic Form--TEARASSONANCENET

Eve chose neither red nor green between these, Eat, sweetened me' feet needn't desert Eden, Keep earthen delved deep beneath heightened trees, Heedless sell serpent issue agreed in. Centuries teems decades, millennium, Free Verse verses' a-peck-o-peppers-herbs, Elves live in teepees Sumer pole Autumn, Presley name per some steep fee minced-free verbs. Requirements necessary--get there, Senseless feather-headed time essential, Execute effectiveness engineer, Acquiescence evidence credential. Wonder how many poets will try this type of sonnet. For me it is already difficult to write a sonnet let alone stress the E!

Lipogram is where a vowel is taken out of the equation forcing other vowels to reinforce the missing via sacrificing their own vowel in its desperate replacement word. My version is reversed where the chosen letter is maximized and the fallout results in an amplification whereby desperation is nullified and replaced with multiple choices.
