Let's Go On the Way

In the sky, the Koel sings its tune, Upon the tamarind tree, the parrot croons. Upon the bamboo, where the wind does play, Blossomed brightly, the jasmine on display. A procession of words, I now unfold, The jasmine, the topic of stories old. The first to flourish, no doubt in my mind, Proclaimed with laughter, the jasmine we find. Words spoken, as they are told, With tender care, the jasmine unfolds. For years three, it did grow with grace, Even the fingertips of the cuckoo did embrace. O, Divine One! What do you reveal, we inquire, As the jasmine sheds a tear, its desire. In front of the jasmine, a quest to aspire, The Creator stood, an answered prayer. You must reach higher, it said with grace, To taste the nectar of success in your embrace. Swiftly, I'll carry you, the journey's begun, I'll nurture your dreams, as many as the sun. You forgot me, yet here you stand, Today, the truth you understand. Without knowing the past, you've found, The name of the one who has left the ground. Swiftly plucked by the jasmine's hand, Before the first note, it couldn't withstand. The jasmine sways, in its pride it stands, A lesson for all, as they clasp their hands. The cuckoo sang, embracing the sky, With reverence and worship, let us comply. To those who whisper, who dare to pry, In full devotion, to the Divine we cry. No one truly knows, The depth of life, it never shows. It's through learning that one truly grows, The wise among us, who heaven best
