When did we become that old married couple, too busy to live
everything we do is for others we give give give...
The kids are away on a summer retreat
there are no schedules we need to keep
The weekends free all our work is done
it's just the two of us time for fun
Let's get lost, lost in each others charms
discovering again how we first fell in love
Let's get lost, lost in each others arms
dwelling together embraced in love
Turn off our phones, time for us alone
lock the door leave on the lights
It's time for a little naughty delight
Tomorrow will come soon enough
but for today let it be for us
Our time alone is precious and few
let's share this chance and make it new
Have I told you lately I love you
let's show each other how much we do
