Let's Do Lunch

lunch

I love to meet
and go to lunch
with the people
I like a bunch

I love the menu
to talk and laugh
telling jokes
and thinking back

I love to spend
the time of day
with friends I’ve missed
since I’ve been away

I love the precious
time we spend
not knowing when
we’ll meet again
