Lets Call It a Night
Then those your vibrant eyes, shining with a soft tremulous light.
Luminous and deep, deeper than any ocean
or blue outback sky.
as i may have tried to tear my gaze from the scorch of our promising unison,
even so for the sake of dearest life, so transfixed.
Igniting within me a passion that burns throughout and never ebbs.
The heat of it so high in sexual potency, Then the shimmer in yours eyes & your cheeks
begin to gleam, as your heart begins to thump to a certain beat, your blood rushing up
towards your mind, making your thoughts haze & your decisions vague.
Recognition follows, like a deeper knowledge of neither name nor age
Some awareness of something elemental.
A desire like no other, pacifying some other deeper demon inside me.
May i have this tango
