Let the Sun Shine

They starve, as we look at one another short of breath, walking proudly in our winter coats, wearing smells from laboratories, facing dying nations, of moving paper fantasies, listening for the new told lies, with extreme feelings of lonely tunes. Somewhere inside there is a rush of greatness. Who knows what stands in front of our lives? I fashion my future on science and space. Science tells me secretly everything, everything, as we sing our songs on acoustic guitars, "Life is in you, and all around you," The rest is silence. Eyes look your last, arms take your last embrace, and lips, oh you the door of breath, seal with my righteous kiss, this answer for the downtrodden and weary, Let The Sun Shine, Let The Sunshine In. Let the Sun Shine In.
