Let the Sadness Rise
~~ If fleshy ailment's a~
~~~~~ disguise, ~~~~~
~ this advice certainly ~
~~~~~ applies: ~~~~~
You gotta let the sadness
~~~~~~ rise, ~~~~~~
~up through your heart~
~~ and to the skies! ~~
Your grieving comes as no
~~~~~ surprise ~~~~~
~ to His Merciful Heart, ~
~ and All-Seeing Eyes. ~
~Seek healing-- but don't~
~~~~ compromise ~~~~
~~ the need to let your ~~
~~~~ sadness rise. ~~~~

(I was inspired by the poetic line "you gotta let the sadness rise"
in Kate DiCamillo's children book, "The Tiger Rising" from 2001.
The little boy had a skin rash on his legs, and a lady told him it was
really because he was holding in all of his grief over his mom who died.
This is my interpretation of how the advice can help all of us today...)
