Sweetheart, may I call you that?
It needn't be today
But oh, how I would like to
Perhaps you'll even say
That you don't really mind it
If in fact I do
Because you know I know you know
How much that I love you
There's no need to answer
One day it might come true
That you'll be mine forever
And call me sweetheart too
