Let them out, you don't own your feelings, Most of them came from directed ideas from the beginning, We think this and that to be true, but yet all the while, Someone else influenced and molded that thoughts pattern n style, Stepping out of feeling never did any good, Because in your own ignorance false comforts stood, Yet explaining feelings brings out insight and sometimes diminishes false beliefs, For what you were told wasn't really true, but yet will bring you to your knees, Don't change me, don't change me...fights the waves, Let my mind stay at ease, don't scare my heart to change,
