Let Me Be

Let me be a voice
That speaks of
The words afraid to be spoken

Let me be a heart
That holds firm
The fading fleeting lost loves

Let me be hands
That lift up
The broken down trodden

Let me be eyes
That sees all
The tender broken souls

Let me be strength
That gives to
The lonely lost and forgotten

Let me be light
That lights warmly
The path to follow home
